What we agree to do
We will communicate clearly, complete the agreed deliverables with reasonable care and keep you updated about important project decisions.
What you agree to do
You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content and the approvals or account access needed to complete your project.
Approvals and ownership
You review and approve advertising content, website copy, images and product information before publication. Once paid in full, final custom deliverables are provided for your business use, while third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Results and platform changes
Digital results vary. Social platforms can change policies, delivery, reach or approval decisions without notice, and websites may depend on third-party hosting or payment tools.
Ending a project
Either side may discuss pausing or ending a project. Work already completed and approved expenses remain payable under the agreed quote.
